DESCRIPTION:Join us for a full-day workshop about mental health! Have you ever felt uncomfortable sharing that you deal with anxiety or depression? Have you wanted to help friends or family going through a mental health struggle but weren’t sure how? Do you wonder how counselors and God and the Bible and mental health all intersect? We each have an invisible battle to fight every day.\nJoin Cru and Eastpoint friends as we journey together through personal stories, unhelpful stigmas, helpful tools, and biblical truths related to mental health. We pray you’ll leave the workshop with more hope, wisdom, and community.\nMake sure to sign up here.\n**Donuts & a take-out lunch (Chick-fil-A) will be provided – both of which are included in the event cost. Please make sure to describe your food allergies and needs in your registration. Covid and your health: Local, state, and federal guidelines about how to gather change frequently.
