Our Mission

How We Help You…

Reach

We want to give every student the opportunity to know who God is and what it means to have a relationship with Jesus (and how that relationship is relevant to our every-day lives). We provide a safe environment where students can share their thoughts and ask questions without fear of being judged or rejected.

Build

We desire to help students thrive in their relationship with God right now and for the rest of their lives. We equip students with the skills needed to grow and to walk with God. Most importantly, we do this within an authentic community where students can be fully known and fully accepted at the same time by their peers.

Send

We can love and enjoy God because He first pursued and loved us (1 John 4:19). Jesus desires to pursue people from every tribe, nation, and people group. What is his “Plan A” for making this happen? You. (With God’s help of course) We want to teach you how to share your faith at your college and with people all over the world.

“It was a really safe place to be vulnerable and honest about where you were in life. The theme of freedom in God was exactly what I needed to hear, and God really spoke to me through it. It was such a great bonding time to get to know people from your campus better and to make new friends, and the Lifelines leaders were awesome and always there for you when you needed to talk. I hope they do this retreat every year!”

This retreat gave me the courage to open up about my sin. I had the mentality that if I just kept it between me and God it would get figured out. But I was inspired by the talk about repentance to bring it up and share with some of my Cru friends. And I am so glad I did.
